職位描述：
about project1. participatemake vrf, q of the qcd for supplier;2. checkapprove the ots parts;3. checkapprove supplier’s ppap file;4. process audit for the fdpr, follow up the action for non-conformity;5. checkapprove is;incidents6. analysisvalidation for the bad parts of quality claim.c1,c2;7. every day review the opening incidents in supplier qrqc area;8. organize sorting for valeo warehouse,inform supplier;9. put the incidents on the srm, require supplier to submit pdca/fta;10. follow upurge the supplier corrective plan/action status/efficiency;11. for c1 incidents/recurrent incidents, need to process audit for supplier;supplier management13. training suppliermaking them know valeo requirement/ use tooling: pdca/fta,qrqc,spc,cp,fmea etc;14. periodic audit for the sop parts every two years;15. audit the supplier’s quality system every three years.other required qualification:1. have background/experience of productiontechnologyquality 2. more than 3 years quality management working experience in the field automation 3. good english ability 4. supplier quality control experience is preferred關(guān)于項目： 1、參與制定vrf文件，參與制定qcd合同的q；2、ots樣品認(rèn)可；3、對ppap文件審核認(rèn)可；4、fdpr 評審，并跟蹤不符合項的改進情況；5、is樣品認(rèn)可；質(zhì)量事故處理：6、對投訴的產(chǎn)品進行分析，確認(rèn)；7、每天將事故提交qrqc討論；8、組織對valeo倉庫進行整理，并通知供應(yīng)商；9、將事故放在srm網(wǎng)上。要求供應(yīng)商提交pdca/fta；10、跟蹤及督促供應(yīng)商的問題改進情況及實施；11、 針對c1事故/重復(fù)發(fā)生的事故對供應(yīng)商進行過程審核；供應(yīng)商管理：12、對潛在供應(yīng)商進行預(yù)審核；13、培訓(xùn)供應(yīng)商了解valeo的要求及使用的工具；14、對sop的零件做周期性的審核；15、審核供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量體系。任職資格補充說明：1、有生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)或質(zhì)量背景2、三年以上工作經(jīng)驗，工作經(jīng)驗中以質(zhì)量體系審核相關(guān)工作為主，有汽車行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先考慮 3、英語聽說讀寫能力熟練 4、有供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮
